Restricted Use of Instrument Flight

ICAR emphasizes and wishes to push in developing a special helicopter regulation for the need of flight rescue, to fit with the national air traffic regulations.

This regulation must allow the restricted use of instrument flight for breaking through a compact cloud layer, whether climbing or descending and this with simplified procedures and methods.
