Dear ICAR Air Rescue Commission (AirCom) attendees at the 2024 Congress in Thessaloniki, and others interested in the work of ICAR AirCom:

As part of our collective effort to advance safety, improve knowledge, and foster open conversations about incidents and accidents in air rescue operations, I am excited to share the Air Rescue Incident, Accident, and Near Miss Reporting Form.

This form has been developed for use worldwide, and is not intended to be utilized solely by ICAR member delegates (which explains our broad international distribution of this email, and our request that you forward this email as broadly as possible).  The form aims to provide a standardized way to report and analyze accidents and incidents, helping us all learn and improve together. By contributing your experiences and insights, we can build a stronger, more informed community committed to safety and operational excellence.
